    I purchased my unit from a Craigslist seller. The seller lives in Ohio and I live in Minnesota.

    When I received it, It would not power on?  I tried to Register it, but I need a pass code that
    you receive after powering the unit on. It has not been registered before because Autel  has
    no record of the serial number.

     With the charging cord off does the power button light up/ blue then pressing the button for 3 seconds or so?. Hook up the usb cable to a PC and again try to power up to see if usb storage mode activates and check to see if you can see the internal storage files.
